Delivery
Items will be dispatched (using the service you selected) within 1 - 4 working days of the order being received by us, (this can be slightly delayed during our busy periods) unless you select a NEXT DAY OR SPECIAL service.
Next Day Shipping (order before 1pm) Please note this will not include weekend deliveries or SALE items (can take up to 7 working days), you will receive your parcel on the next working day
Please note when ordering SALE items, there can be up to a 5 working day delay on shipping.
Urgent Orders:-
We recommend that you call us for any urgent orders, as these can be dispatched quickly and payment can be made by phone. Please call 01633 263990
Collection in store:-
Orders will be ready to collect 24 hours after placing the order online, if you require your order before this time please call 01633 263900 to ensure that your order is ready to be collected. Order confirmation email will need to be shown along with photo I.D on collection.
International Orders
Please note all orders are placed are in GBP (£) via our website.
International postage price is based on an order value of up to £50. If your order is over £50 an additional £10 postage is required to cover the insurance and tracking service.
International deliveries can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Custom Duties
Regarding European Orders, deliveries from 1st January 2021 will be subject to import taxes for goods being shipped to the EU.
All taxes are the customers responsibility and are not included in the price of your order.
Postage Bags:-
They are not a toy, keep away from children and babies. Dispose of safely after receiving order.
